The steel frames are all pickled and phosphorized and coated with epoxy resin powder, making the frame exquisitely appeared and corrosion resistant.

1. Vertical frame: adopting 40*60* high quality metal sectional material welding molding, the surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, making the frame stable, exquisite appearance and good corrosion resistant.

2. Front beam: adopting 40*60 high quality cold rolled sheet impact molding,fixed on vertical frameset by screws or blind rivets.

    Back beam: adopting 40*60 high quality cold rolled sheet impact molding, fixed on vertical frameset by screws or blind rivets.

    Under beam: adopting 40*60 high quality cold rolled sheet impact molding, fixed on vertical frameset by screws or blind rivets.

3. Adjustable foot: adopting 10 cm screw underlay rubber protecting seat, intermediate line shock-absorbent plate.

4. Table top: adopting 12.7mm solid core physiochemical board for laboratory use, all around is thickened to 25.4mm,edgewise double layer circular, acid-base resistance, water resistance,anti-static,easy to wash.

5. Cabinet body: adopting 18mm thickness high quality melamine board, edge sealed by 2mm thickness high quality PVC.

    Door and drawer board: Door and drawer board including all cupboard, use melamine board to make, the thickness of board is 18mm,the around is sealed by high quality PVC to seal.

6. Wire casing: is made with 18mm dampproof board.

7. Socket: power supply adopts brand multifunctional socket.

8. Handle: adopting integral forming groove handle or C type stainless steel handle, firm and elegant appearance.

      Test nozzle: adopting steel three outlet white/grey water faucets, the water faucet is nozzle tip type, high head, single mouth 360° rotation, is convenient for the multipurpose use, user dismantle it to clean the blocking. with the slow pressure function; the surface has epoxy resin spray coating, ceramic valve core; the outlet can be dismantable, with formation thread inside, which can be connected conveniently to special water pipe.

13. Reagent rack: upright column adopts high quality steel sections welding molding, spec is 50*100, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, firm stucture, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance.

Reagent rack laminate adopting 8mm thickness single side scrub high quality tempered glass, all around rim treatment, slick and not easy to hurt the hands, equipped with glass bracket, It is free to adjust the height according to comfortable requests, edge is equipped with Ø12mm stainless steel pipe in order to prevent reagent bottle drop, elegant appearance and useful.
