Polypropylene Lab Table Side Laboratory Bench

Laboratory bench is one of the basic equipment of laboratories in various industries. all-steel laboratory bench is one new generation of environmental protection product, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free, ensuring the safety and health of laboratory operators.

Features

- use high quality pure material PP board to make through integrally welded by the same color welding rod, resistant to strong acid, alkali and corrosion, reducing pollution, protecting the operator's health.
- use integrated forming and seamless welding technology, greatly strengthening the cabinet body structure, effectively reducing the rate of cabinet deformation from heat bilges cold shrink.
 
Worktop: made of 16mm polypropylene board, with all edges double thickened to 32mm.
Other materials are available according to the customer's requirement:
like solid core physicochemical board, epoxy resin board, ceramic board and marble, etc 

Cabinet Body: made of 8mm thick PP board, with strong corrosion resistance, good resistance to acid and alkali.
- Drawer Slide: PP material mold forming slide rail.
- Door Handle: PP handles special for lab use, (color is optional: azure blue or porcelain white)
- Door Hinge: PP hinges special for lab use, (color is optional: azure blue or porcelain white)
- Shelf(optional): there is no shelf inside the cabinet.
 -Socket(optional): PP socket special for lab use.

Accessories: 
doors, slides, hinges, ball plunger, screws are made of PP material, resistance to acid and alkali.

• Water Sink/Test Flume: 
Material: high density polypropylene made, resistant to most chemicals, strong corrosion resistance;
Wall thickness: 5mm, up to 7mm, flat and non-deformation. 
• Water Tap/Faucet /Test Nozzle: 
Thick solid brass, high gloss thick epoxy resin powder; resistant to most chemicals, corrosive and heat resistance, anti ultraviolet radiation, non-toxics and safety.
Ceramic valve headwork: sealed structure, can be used for 500, 000 times without any leakage;
Detachable serrated nozzle, anti-splash bubbler is optional.
High grade PP knob switch, ergonomic design, convenient and quick. feel comfortable, easy to operate.
• Pegboard/Drip Rack/ Drying Rack: 
Material: high grade PP, stainless steel is available.
Size: 400*550mm or 550*700mm.
Type: single faced or double faced, there are drain holes in the middle of the bottom tray, and the pegs(drip rods) can be detachable, easy to use.
Installation mode: wall mounted/ desk mounted.
• Reagent Rack
Column: use high quality rectangle galvanized steel column, spec is 50*100-120*1.0mm, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, firm structure, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance;
Socket: there is 1 socket (size: 60*60mm, 10A 220v) per end column, 2 sockets per middle column, 1 column per meter generally distributed.
10A or 16A socket, water-proof (3-hole or 5-hole) socket is optional.
All international socket standards are available like European Standard, American Standard, British Standard, Australian Standard, etc
Shelf: use 8-12mm thick single side frosting high quality tempered glass, all around rim treatment, smooth and not easy to hurt the hands.
Other Fittings:
Equipped with glass support arm, which make user freely adjust the height according to comfortable requests.
The shelf edge is equipped with Ø12mm
